Diabetes Self-management Course

We are starting a new diabetes self-mangement course at Stonechurch for patients. We have made some adjustments based on our participant feedback from the winter session. We had 6 to 7 patients who really enjoyed this approach to managing their diabetes and benefited from the group format. We are looking for diabetics not currently enrolled in another self-management program to participate in our next 7 week course starting May 7th, Tuesday evenings. We are aiming for a small group (10 participants).
