Uninsured Services
Unfortunately, not all health-related services are covered by OHIP.
For some services we have to charge you directly.
We have posted a list of fees in all our examination rooms. Click here for a Guide to Uninsured Services at Stonechurch Family Health Centre.
We will inform you so that you are aware of the charge before we proceed.
Common examples include sick notes, drivers' physicals, camp notes, treatment of skin tags etc.
