Please note that if you arrive late for your appointment, we may not be able to accomodate you.
The receptionist will check with your doctor or nurse practitioner, and may ask you to rebook your appointment. This is because we try to keep on time with our scheduled appointments.

However, it is the nature of our work that we are sometimes delayed by problems that take longer than expected. We will try to notify you if there is a foreseeable delay and offer you the option of rescheduling.
