We will do our best to return messages by the end of the clinic day if possible.
If you have called and left a message, we will do our best to return messages by the end of the clinic day if possible.
Messages are triaged based on urgency.
They are often returned by one of the support staff (with the guidance of your doctor) or by the nurse practitioner, or registered practical nurse on the Team.
Please note, a visit to the office may be required to sort out the most appropriate plan for you. We will advise you if that is the case.
