Provider Resources

Stonechurch Family Health Center and McMaster Family Practice now offers multidisciplinary Diabetes Clinics. Patients have access to dietitian, nurse practitioner, pharmacist, and foot care nurse. Residents are encouraged to attend for opportunities for intensive diabetes education including insulin starts and adjustments. Group classes and group medical visits are available.
